I typically wake up with a sore neck and have tried so many pillows. This is definitely the first pillow that I can remember that has completely made me feel more comfortable instantly and have woken up without neck pain. The grooves fit my neck better and the softness is just right. It’s thicker on one side so if you need a better adjustment, just flip it over. I was confused at first on why it didn’t come with a pillow case but realized its in a removable case that really just looks like it’s attached to the pillow, so it’s nice that it is machine washable. I do wish the color wasn’t white because it makes it look like it doesn’t have a case. Regardless, it’s a great pillow and I would definitely buy another one.
